Prompt Buffet Privacy Policy

Overview

Prompt Buffet is a local-first prompt app designed for collecting, organizing, searching, and quickly reusing everyday prompts for daily work and writing.

Prompt Buffet 是一款本機優先的 prompt app，設計給日常工作與寫作中收集、整理、搜尋並快速重複使用 prompt。

Data Storage

Prompt Buffet stores your prompts, categories, settings, trash, and local usage stats on your device. Prompt Buffet does not require an app account. Local storage remains the default whether or not you purchase Prompt Buffet Pro.

Prompt Buffet 會將你的 prompt、分類、設定、垃圾桶與本機使用統計儲存在裝置上。Prompt Buffet 不需要 app 帳號；無論是否購買 Pro，本機儲存都仍是預設方式。

Backups

Prompt Buffet supports manual JSON backup export and import. Backup files are created only when you choose to export them. You are responsible for where exported backup files are saved or shared.

Prompt Buffet 支援手動匯出與匯入 JSON 備份。只有在你選擇匯出時，才會建立備份檔。匯出的備份檔要儲存或分享在哪裡，由你自行決定與負責。

Importing a backup replaces the current local app data only after you confirm the import.

匯入備份時，只有在你確認匯入之後，才會取代目前的本機 app 資料。

Optional Private iCloud Sync

Prompt Buffet Pro can optionally synchronize prompts, categories, ordering, pins, usage counts, and trash through your private iCloud database. Sync is off by default and starts only after you choose to enable it. Apple processes this data through iCloud. The app does not send this content to a separate developer-operated content server.

Prompt Buffet Pro 可選擇透過你的私人 iCloud 資料庫同步 prompt、分類、排序、釘選、使用次數與垃圾桶。同步預設關閉，只有在你主動開啟後才會開始。這些資料由 Apple 透過 iCloud 處理，app 不會把內容另外傳送到開發者自行營運的內容伺服器。

Turning sync off stops future synchronization on that device. It does not delete your local prompts.

關閉同步會停止該裝置後續的同步，但不會刪除本機 prompt。

Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple. Prompt Buffet uses RevenueCat to retrieve purchase status and manage Prompt Buffet Pro access with an anonymous app user identifier. RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement information needed to provide and restore access. Your prompt text, categories, and private iCloud content are not sent to RevenueCat.

App 內購買由 Apple 處理。Prompt Buffet 使用 RevenueCat 與匿名 app 使用者識別碼取得購買狀態並管理 Pro 權益；RevenueCat 可能處理提供與恢復權益所需的購買及授權資訊。你的 prompt 文字、分類與私人 iCloud 內容不會傳送給 RevenueCat。

Data Collection and Network Use

Prompt Buffet does not use advertising, third-party tracking, or general usage analytics SDKs. Network access is used to check public app-version information, retrieve or restore purchase status, and perform private iCloud sync when you enable it.

Prompt Buffet 不使用廣告、第三方追蹤或一般使用分析 SDK。網路連線用於檢查公開 app 版本資訊、取得或恢復購買狀態，以及在你主動開啟後執行私人 iCloud 同步。

Data Retention and Deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Exported backup files remain wherever you choose to save them. Private iCloud data can be managed through your Apple iCloud settings. RevenueCat retains purchase and entitlement records needed to provide and restore Prompt Buffet Pro.

本機 app 資料會保留在裝置上，直到你刪除資料或移除 app；匯出的備份檔則保留在你自行選擇的位置。私人 iCloud 資料可透過 Apple iCloud 設定管理。RevenueCat 會保留提供與恢復 Prompt Buffet Pro 所需的購買及授權紀錄。
